Partner Program Overview
Why Partner With Cyviz
The AV and unified communications industry is shifting rapidly toward intelligent, data-driven room management. Organizations are investing heavily in monitoring solutions that give them real-time visibility into their collaboration spaces, yet most existing tools are fragmented, vendor-specific, or lack the depth needed for enterprise-scale deployments. Cyviz's Project Green monitoring platform fills that gap with a vendor-agnostic, cloud-ready solution that appeals to a broad range of customers.
By partnering with Cyviz, you gain access to a differentiated product that solves real operational pain for IT teams managing meeting rooms, digital signage, and AV infrastructure. The platform's multi-tenant architecture means you can serve multiple customers from a single deployment, reducing your operational overhead while increasing recurring revenue. Partners also benefit from Cyviz's established reputation in the enterprise AV space, which opens doors to organizations that already trust the brand.
Beyond the product itself, the Cyviz partner program provides dedicated sales and technical support, co-marketing opportunities, and a clear path to higher margins as you grow your practice. Whether you are a systems integrator, managed service provider, or technology reseller, there is a partnership model designed to align with your business.
Partner Tiers
The Cyviz partner program is structured into three tiers: Authorized, Premium, and Elite. Each tier is designed to match a different level of commitment and capability, ensuring that partners of all sizes can participate meaningfully while being rewarded for deeper investment.
Authorized Partners represent the entry point into the program. This tier is ideal for organizations that want to resell or recommend Project Green to their customers without committing to a large enablement investment upfront. Authorized Partners receive basic sales training, access to the partner portal, and standard product margins. This tier is well-suited for resellers who want to test the market or complement an existing AV services portfolio.
Premium Partners have demonstrated a proven ability to sell and deploy Project Green. They have completed advanced technical certification, maintain a minimum annual revenue commitment, and have at least two certified engineers on staff. In return, Premium Partners receive enhanced margins, priority deal registration, access to beta features, and dedicated partner manager support. This tier is designed for systems integrators and MSPs who want to build a meaningful practice around Cyviz monitoring.
Elite Partners are strategic allies who have made Project Green a core part of their business. Elite Partners meet the highest certification and revenue thresholds, participate in joint business planning, and often co-develop solutions with Cyviz engineering. Benefits include the best available margins, executive sponsorship, joint marketing funds, early access to the product roadmap, and the ability to influence feature priorities. Only a limited number of Elite partnerships are maintained in each region to ensure quality and exclusivity.
Benefits by Tier
Each partner tier unlocks a progressively richer set of benefits. Authorized Partners receive access to the partner portal, standard training materials, basic co-branded collateral, and standard discount structures. These resources are sufficient to begin positioning Project Green in customer conversations and closing initial deals.
Premium Partners gain everything available at the Authorized level, plus enhanced discount tiers, priority deal registration with faster approval, a named partner manager, quarterly business reviews, access to pre-release software, and eligibility for co-marketing development funds. Premium Partners also receive invitations to the annual partner summit and regional roadshow events, which provide valuable networking and training opportunities.
Elite Partners receive the full suite of benefits. In addition to everything at the Premium level, Elite Partners gain access to joint business planning sessions with Cyviz leadership, the highest available margins, executive-level sponsorship, custom solution development support, and priority allocation of marketing development funds. Elite Partners are also featured prominently on the Cyviz website and in customer-facing materials as recommended implementation partners.
All tiers benefit from Cyviz's centralized support infrastructure, including a dedicated partner support queue, technical documentation library, and an online learning management system with self-paced courses for both sales and technical staff.
Requirements and Commitments
To maintain an active partnership at any tier, partners must meet a set of baseline requirements. At the Authorized level, this includes completing the foundational sales certification, maintaining at least one trained sales contact, and adhering to the Cyviz brand and messaging guidelines when representing the product.
Premium Partners must meet an annual revenue target, maintain at least two technically certified staff members, complete the advanced deployment certification, and participate in quarterly business reviews with their assigned partner manager. Premium Partners are also expected to provide customer references and participate in joint case study development when requested.
Elite Partners carry the highest expectations. In addition to Premium-level requirements, Elite Partners commit to an annual business plan developed jointly with Cyviz, maintain a minimum of four certified engineers, achieve a defined annual revenue threshold, and contribute to at least one joint marketing initiative per quarter. Elite Partners are reviewed annually and must demonstrate consistent growth and customer satisfaction to retain their status.
All partners, regardless of tier, are expected to maintain professional standards in customer interactions, keep their certifications current, and comply with the partner program agreement. Cyviz reserves the right to adjust tier placement based on annual performance reviews.
Getting Started as a Partner
The onboarding process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Prospective partners begin by submitting an application through the Cyviz partner portal. The application captures basic information about your organization, your target market, and your current AV or IT services portfolio. A member of the Cyviz channel team will review the application and schedule an introductory call to discuss alignment and expectations.
Once accepted, new partners receive access to the partner portal, which contains all training materials, sales collateral, technical documentation, and deal registration tools. The first milestone is completing the foundational sales certification, which is a self-paced online course that typically takes two to three hours. This certification ensures that all partner sales contacts have a solid understanding of the Project Green value proposition, target use cases, and competitive positioning.
After the sales certification is complete, partners are encouraged to schedule a technical enablement session with the Cyviz partner engineering team. This session covers deployment models, integration options, and common customer scenarios. Partners who plan to perform their own deployments should also pursue the technical deployment certification, which involves a combination of online coursework and a hands-on lab exercise.
From there, your partner manager will work with you to develop a go-to-market plan tailored to your region and customer base. This plan will outline target accounts, marketing activities, and revenue goals for the first year. Cyviz is committed to making the ramp-up process as smooth as possible, with regular check-ins and support available at every stage.
